The
toughest flooring available. Independent laboratory tests reveal
Perma-Floor is 80% stronger than its nearest competitor. Its 4,000
psi tensile strength sets the new industry standard. It can withstand
nearly twice the abuse of the new epoxy type floors. The biggest
advantage Perma-Floor has over traditional floor coverings is the
corrosion and moisture protection. The airtight, contour fit permanently
seals the sub-flooring from dirt, water and chemicals that cause
corrosion and dry rotting of the sub-flooring. Its unique textured
surface protects from slipping and golf spikes. Perma-Floor utilizes
the fiber of Kevlar to give it the same protection as found in the
manufacture of bullet resistant vests and armored vehicles. Perma-Floor
offers a variety of colors: Sunburst Yellow, Forest Green, Smoke
Gray or dark Green. |

Plank Floor |
A
super tough satin gloss urethane surface for outstanding resistance
to dirt and scuffs. Shade and grain will vary from strip to strip
to simulate the beauty of real wood. Features easy maintenance with
micro-ground edges for a precise fit. No problem with shrinkage
or expansion due to weather changes. Can be replaced or repaired
with ease. |

Heat Package |
Installation of baseboard heaters which mount flush to the floor
surface usually behind the toilet. Heavy duty welded steel louvered
grills discourage insertion of foreign objects yet direct the heat
outward into the trailer. Designer style junction boxes are made
of high strength Lexan to resist scratches and wear marks. Corrosion
resistant aluminum pressure fitted to assure rapid heat transfer
and air flow. A built-in cut-off automatically shuts down heater
should any overheating occur. Features continuous capillary tube
safety thermal cutout protection in case of airflow blockage. Our
units are UL approved and have maximum convection design. Each unit
has exclusive heating element design which combines the durability
of a steel tubular heater with the excellent heat transfer characteristics
of aluminum fins without the popping and pinging normally associated
with baseboard heaters. The unit is designed with rounded corners
and the Navajo White enamel finish retains attractive appearance
and is compatible with the interior decor of your trailer. |
| Electric
Winterization Package |
A
series of heat blankets are attached to the waste holding tank with
a preset thermostat set at 45 degrees F then the entire tank and
exposed floor is covered in foam and coated in rubber. The baseboard
heaters mount flush to the floor surface usually behind the toilet.

| Fresh
Water Package |
Depending
on the initial size of the trailer, an additional two or three feet
is added to the trailer, which will also add to the waste capacity.
This will create an Equipment Room with an exterior door on the
roadside of the trailer. An aluminum 275-gallon fresh water tank
with a sight gauge is installed. A water pressure pump is added
along with a quick drain. A valve system is installed that will
allow you to operate from city water pressure of the fresh water
tank. Each tank is equipped with an automatic shut-off and an on-call
refill. |

Water System |
Especially
designed potable water system for mobile restroom trailers. This
system is attached to the faucets on the sinks thus cutting the
maintenance and service over systems that treat all tubing normally
used to make internal systems connections. The result is a clean,
well-organized system that is much easier to maintain. Our exclusive
system will operate a clean, well-organized system that is much
easier to maintain. Our exclusive system will operate with either
chlorinated municipal or a private well supply. Our reverse osmosis
membrane combined with carbon filtration provides far more effectiveness
that ordinary tap filters and does not require the electricity used
by a distiller. |

Water SYstem |
Features
either an On-Demand propane system or a four-gallon electric water
heater mounted under the sink in the women’s accommodations
and piped in the color-coded system inside the trailer to all sinks. |

Hand Wash and Dryer System |
A
recessed and molded automatic Hand Wash and Dryer Station. This
unit is fully self-contained, automatic and virtually vandal proof
in design. The construction front fascia panels and the washbowl
are molded from a high-density polymer cultured granite providing
a strong and long-lasting unit resistant to scratches and cigarette
burns. Our Classic surpasses any other design currently available
today delivering clean, efficient and virtually maintenance-free
operation. |

Hands Free Faucets |
A
chrome stylish hands free faucet for heavy-duty usage. Each faucet
features the trademark durability and reliability engineered into
each of our Delta Faucets. The advanced digital electronics require
no external adjustments and the faucet is in our tarnish and scratch
resistant polished chrome or the polished brass with our five-year
warranty against corrosion, tarnish or discoloration. Complies with:
ASME A112.18 1M-1996, CSA B125-1993 and ADA Compliance to CABO/ANSI
A117.1-1992 as do all of our faucets. |

Wall Mounted Urinals |
Designed
to conserve water. These high quality urinals consumption rates
are 5.5 ounces per flush, and are white china, meeting ANSI 112.19.2
requirements. Each unit is controlled by a chrome spring-loaded
valve. |

Music Systems |
Each unit has a three-band equalizer. A wall-recessed unit, which
is locked under the sink for security. Power supply is 110V output:
DC 12V, 800mA with stereo 8 ohm speakers equipped with moisture
shields, two per compartment or hallway. Satellite Systems are also
available. |

Changing Stations |
Built
to
withstands heavy static loads: horizontal up to 300 pounds (113
kilos) while the vertical design will handle up to 350 pounds (159
kilos). Steel-on-steel hinges with 10-gauge steel mounting supports
and pneumatic gas shock mechanism to ensure smooth, safe open and
closing motions. A child protection strap features snap-lock fastener
to hold the child secure. The built-in sanitary bed liner dispenser
made of high impact polyethylene resists odors, has no sharp corners,
cleans easily and holds 25 liners. A five-year limited warranty
and a $30 million umbrella product liability policy covers each
unit that is factory installed. Wall recessed baby change station
is mounted in the last compartment of the women’s accommodations
in the Traditional and Tonto Series, or next to the sink in the
Oasis and Royale Series. Two models are available #600 Vertical
or #601 Horizontal. |

Exhaust System |
Solar
exhaust systems reduce heat build up in shower or restroom trailers
without air conditioning. They remove stale air even when your trailer
is in storage. Excellent for eliminating condensation and mildew
problems in shower trailers. They improve heat and air conditioning
circulation and create a flow thru ventilation when delivering or
picking up your trailer. Each unit is equipped with a positive open
and close control. The solar unit is extra quiet and can be connected
to the 12 volt night light system for night operation. |

Lighting |
Completely
self-contained roof mounted system, which gives years of maintenance-free
soft flow lighting for remote operations where electricity is not
available. These new weather resistant units will operate not only
the interior light system, but also the exterior lighting for the
steps. |

Our
awnings come with a built-in roller light, canopy clamps that double
as an automatic rafter tensioner, built-in tie downs, pull strap
holders, a unique aluminum roller offering extra strength and a
remote lock. Available in a wide choice of colors in vinyl or acrylic
fabric with Alumaguard. |

Skirting |
A
marine grade fabric that is 100% polyester woven with a vinyl coating
applied to the exterior surface. It has a tensile strength of 300
lbs x 200 lbs and a tongue tear of 14 lbs x 13 lbs water repellent
and resistant to mildew, UV, petroleum products and a wide range
of acid and alkaline liquids. Color won’t rub off, yet skirt
is flexible and surface cleans easily with any vinyl cleaner. Each
skirt has a 3 year limited warranty. |
